Current Opening

    • Delivers Engaging Customer Service

    • Welcomes customers to store, engaging with them throughout their store experience.

    • Determines customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge.

    • Demonstrates that customers come first by serving them with a sense of urgency.

    • Provides consistent quality in the preparation of drinks and brewing of coffee and tea.

    • Participates actively in training to learn new and promotional products. 

    • Continually works to expand product knowledge of coffee and tea.

    • Maintains a clean and well-stocked store.

    • Manage day-to-day operation of retail store

    • Manage, coach and develop team in setting and achieving operating, customer satisfaction and people development goals

    • Oversee all decisions related to retail operations

    • Prepare and manage targets, and goals and ensure direct reports have appropriate information and resources needed to be accountable for results

    • Responsible for cost, efficiency, waste, quality, safety and environmental management for all retail operations

    • Work closely with the Management Team on goals, and future product innovation

    • Other duties as assigned
