Store Manager


Manage day to day operation

Manage, coach and develop team in setting and achieving operating, customer satisfaction and people development goals

Oversee decisions related to retail operations

Ensure that, as the company grows, retail operation continually meet or exceed local region coffee and tea industry and customer requirements for cost, quality, and responsiveness

Maintain effective relationships with all local communities and regulating institutions

Develop and implement strategies with the Management Team on processes, and organizational capacity building programs to drive maximum effectiveness and quality and to achieve the lowest total delivered costs

Prepare and manage targets, and goals and ensure direct reports have appropriate information and resources needed to be accountable for results

Responsible for cost, efficiency, waste, quality, safety and environmental management for all retail operations

Work closely with the Management Team on goals, and future product innovationOther duties as assigned


Minimum 2 years of Management experience in food service or preferably speciality coffee environment

Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or other graduate degree a plus

Comprehensive understanding of key supply chain processes including planning, sourcing and logistics

Enjoy working in a team-environment and building great relationships with their coworkers. 

Ability to proactively manage multiple projects in a fast paced, change oriented environment

Good working knowledge of time study methods, work measurements metrics, productivity tracking and data collection systemsEffective communicator
