Brew with Pour Over
Coarse grind to about sea salt for Pour Over
23 grams of beans for every 350 grams of hot water.
Pour 60 grams of hot water, let it bloom for 30 seconds.
Pour additional 90 grams of hot water and allow 60 seconds to elapse.
Then Pour another 100 grams slowly for about 20 seconds, pour last 100 grams of water about 20 seconds as well.
